Our fees are payable upon signing the authentic deed of sale at the notary's office, by bank transfer or certified cheque. In the case of new developments, our fees are payable upon signing the reservation contract with the developer, by bank transfer or certified cheque.

Are your fees negotiable?
Our fees reflect the level of expertise and service we guarantee. However, preferential terms may be considered for multiple transactions or long-term exclusive mandates.
Who pays the fees?
By default, our sales fees are payable by the seller and our acquisition fees are payable by the buyer. However, the distribution can be negotiated between the parties.
What happens if the transaction is not completed?
No fees are payable if the transaction is not finalised. Our fees are based solely on success (except for independent valuations).
Do you offer exclusive mandates?
Yes, and we encourage exclusive mandates, which allow us to deploy an optimal marketing strategy. Special conditions may be negotiated in this context.
